LoclStreet (“we,” “us”) is a hold-for-pickup service for local stores in Richfield, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you place a hold or when a store uses the floor desk, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Name — first name (and any name you provide) so the store can identify your hold at pickup.
- Phone number — so we can send transactional texts about your hold, and so store staff can reach you if needed.
- Hold items — the products, sizes, quantities, pickup method, and optional notes you submit when placing a hold.
- Store floor contact details (including a floor phone) that merchants enter in the floor desk so LoclStreet can notify them of new holds.
How we use it
We use this information only to fulfill hold-for-pickup: create and manage holds, show them to the store floor desk, and send transactional SMS only (for example: hold-ready texts to shoppers; new-hold texts to store floor phones). We do not use your mobile number for advertising or promotional campaigns.
Sharing
No mobile information or SMS messaging consent will be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share hold details with the store you chose so they can pull your items. We use Twilio and wireless carriers as delivery processors solely to deliver transactional SMS — not for their own marketing. They are not permitted to use your number or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention & choices
Hold records are kept as long as needed to complete pickup and run the demo service. Reply STOP to any LoclStreet text to opt out of SMS; reply HELP for help. You can also email us (below) to ask about your hold data.
